Businesses are constantly changing. We help ensure that this change is headed in the right direction—one which advances social justice. Not purposefully taking into account longstanding forms of societal oppression reproduces or worsens inequity.
Social justice values are essential to internal and external policies and practices, as well as to individual leadership. Oftentimes, organizations and businesses limit their discussions about social justice to just one of these three domains. But each of these domains builds on each other. We can work on a weak link or all three.
